The key to life often seems to be a collection of well-meaning platitudes. Many of us spend our lives in search of the master key that unlocks a perfect existence. We hear that the key to life is peace, balance, love, or any number of other ideals. Yet, in reality, these concepts may not hold any definitive answers.
We are, in fact, the master key to our own existence. Each thought and action we take opens different doors, leading to diverse life trajectories. By looking inward, we unlock hidden possibilities and boundless opportunities.
In this work, the traditional function part of a key is deconstructed from a solid part into a series of chains. These chains sway and shift with our movements, mirroring the unpredictable nature of our life paths. Just as the chains respond to our physical presence, our journeys can flow in any direction, influenced by every thought, decision, and action we take.
This piece explores the concept that the traditional ‘key’ has lost its significance. Instead, it is our ability to navigate, adapt, and choose that truly matters. The journey is not about finding a singular key but recognizing that we ourselves are the key, capable of opening any door and shaping our own unique path.
我们的一生都在寻求一把开启完美人生的万能钥匙，担心错过任何一个关键节点，然而这把钥匙并不存在。
ADJ的设计师在当代人的现状中找到灵感，设计元素取自’Key’这个双关语，它代表’关键’也是一把’钥匙 ’，而失去功能的链条钥匙也隐喻了无效的标准答案，为当代人提供思考的更多可能性。
设计师借此系列，希望大家听从自己的内心，让自己成为那把万能钥匙，真实地面对人生过程，不再追求人生的标准答案，打破既定思考的局限性。
